-Weight Loss Support/Mentoring and Lifestyle Coaching in a Private Fitness & Nutrition Community- This weight loss journey isn’t always easy. We are stronger and better in numbers! It’s also important to be surrounded by others that can understand your journey and exactly what you are going through because they are going through the SAME. Through my private fitness and nutrition community you will be provided with daily mentoring, coaching and support. We will celebrate the victories and work through the struggles. This is a NO judgement zone so we can discuss EVERYTHING. There will also be private virtual coaching as well as group virtual coaching sessions.
– Specialized Meal Plan- Once your workout has been picked, we will design the meal plan that will accompany. It will be based on YOUR preferences, needs and a simple formula that will ensure that you are eating balanced meals for your daily intake of nutrients and more. No more under eating or overeating. No more being afraid of carbs. This plan will show you exactly what foods you need to eat daily. You will also be able to choose from a designed plan or a food list where you are able to create your own daily plan.
– Meal Prepping Training and Food Tips- Meal prepping is one of the HARDEST tasks on a weight loss journey. Most of the time we feel that it takes all day and that expensive foods have to be bought just to lose weight or improve health. As your mentor/coach I will work with you weekly on meal prepping. We will have LIVE training videos and one one one session to show you how quick and easy it can be done. Meal prepping for the entire family will be made simple.
– Variety of recipes (including breakfast, entrees, cocktails, dessert, soups/salads and more)- Variety is the spice of life! One of the main reasons that people are not consistent is because there is no variety and they are eating the same things all the time. There is nothing wrong with that, but I believe that you should have many foods to choose from. You will receive a virtual library with over 100 recipes (and counting) in every food category. Healthy eating is more than just salads. You will have fun with creating these delicious meals. There will also be 5-7 min quick videos that will take you from start to finish in creating a lot of these recipes! 🙂
